Only Poor and Needy eligible persons will qualify for this program.

- Present Service or Retired Government Non-Government Employee
- Having any type of property
- People who are benefiting from a welfare organization
- Utility bill not more than 10,000
- Owner of any type of vehicle
All requirements will be validated from various data including Ehsaas, BISP, Electric or gas companies The money will be transparently transferred to the concerned person’s mobile number and ID card by Easypaisa (or by another company).
