Job Purpose:
Providing technical support to end users at Head Office for the various equipment, system and business applications being used by them. Key Responsibilities:
Provide first level support to end users.
Installation and troubleshooting of Business and System Applications.
Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of computers and associated equipment.
Implementation of Bank’s Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, Standards and Action Plan etc.
Perform related duties as required.

IT Officer – Support
Reports to: Dept Head IT
Location: SME Bank Offices all over Pakistan
Job Purpose:
Shall be responsible for independently maintaining the IT Infrastructure at the branch/office and providing technical support to the end-user(s).
Key Responsibilities SME Bank Ltd Jobs:
➨Maintenance of Server Room/Data Center at branch/office.
➠Local Area and Wide Area network maintenance & trouble-shooting.
➠Installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting of Business & System Applications
➨Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware.
➨Basic Maintenance of CCTV system.
➠Implementation of applicable sections of Bank’s Business Continuity Plan, Disaster Recovery ➨Plan, IT/MIS SOPs and Backup Policy/Guidelines etc.
➨Implementation of applicable sections of Bank’s Information/Cyber Security policies, ➨procedures, standards, guidelines and action plans etc.
➨Train users on hardware, software, applications and information security.
➨Interaction with vendors and internal IT staff to resolve IT infrastructure issues.
➨Generation of required documentation and its maintenance.
➨Perform related duties as required.

ATM Operations Officer
Reports to: Dept. Head MIS
Location: Head Office Islamabad
Job Purpose:
This job is shift based and the incumbent shall be supporting the eBanking Officer in monitoring the health of SME Bank’s Alternate Delivery Channels infrastructure. The incumbent shall be responsible for basic trouble shooting and escalation of issues to concerned professionals for smooth ATM & SMS Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and basic trouble shooting of SME Bank’s Alternate Delivery Channels infrastructure.
- Escalation of issues to concerned including Banking Solution Provider, Switch Controller, Acquirer, Network Service Provider, IT team or others for immediate rectification.
- Ability to monitor SME Bank’s Alternate Delivery Channels SWITCH and remediate any performance issue.
- Banking Application Consolidation Services.
- Execution of Day End and Start of Day
- Monitoring and Execution of other IT Function’s activities such as data transfer etc. as assigned by Dept. Head MIS
- Activation and Deactivation of Debit Cards as per SOPs.
- Help Desk Support to external customers and escalation of their issues to concerned branches.
- Generate documentation for logging the daily ATM status and related incidence.
- Perform related duties as required
