Candidates for skill development program apply online form all Pakistan and must have Pakistani nationality in cause of aliens should be must have valid CNIC.
UNHCR Pakistan in association with National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan is enhancing its support to Afghan refugees and Pakistani host families in incomes development to make a safe and justifiable living through Skill Development Program.
The selected individuals will be provided with marketable skills in reputed technical and basic vocational education training institutes across the country, authorizing them to meet their basic needs and subsidize to their dignity through employment and self-employment.

The selected trainees will be paid PKRs 3,000 monthly stipend during 06-month training and provided toolkits in NAVTTC’s arranged skills upon successful completion of training program

Eligibility Criteria for UNHCR -NAVTTC Skill Development Program 2024:
- An Afghan applicant must have a valid Afghan Refugee (POR) Card.
- Host Pakistani nationals domiciled in the above listed districts must have valid CNIC.
- UNHCR mandated Afghan refugees must have valid mandate refugee card.
- Applicant should be between 16 and 40 year of age at the time of application. Youth with the age from 16 to 24 will be prioritized.
- The applicant should not have been convicted record for any criminal activity for NAVTTC Skill Development Program 2020
- Those who already completed training in the NAVTTC-UNHCR projects in 2018 and 2019 are note legible regardless of trades. Applicants who provide incorrect information can be expelled from the training anytime.

How to Apply for UNHCR -NAVTTC Skill Development Program 2024?
- Interested candidates for Navttc course program submit their application form along with 02 photographs and valid CNIC / POR Card/Valid Mandate Refugee Card to concern center incase of close office/center send their application from through E-mail to NAVTTC’s website: navttc.org/unhcrapp
- The selection of applicants in above-mentioned NAVTTC Skill Development Program 2020 course will be finalized on the basis of interviews.
- The date of interviews will be communicated through Notice Board of concerned institute will update soon
- Final merit list of selected trainees will be displayed by end of the same day of interviews.
