Details of Management Trainee Officer NRSP Jobs:
- Candidate have age 28 years on the date of advertisement.
- Minimum Bachelors degree (1st Division or equivalent) preferably in disciplines related to banking.
- Selected candidates will undergo six months rigorous training in different departments of the Bank.
- During training period, the Bank will pay a remuneration of Rs.35,000/- per month.
- After training, MTOs will be inducted in the Bank’s regular cadre of Officer Grade II (OG-II) with salary fixation as per market benchmark and they will be entitled to all other benefits as per HR Policies of the Bank.
